WHAT KIND OF SUBSTRATE DO YOU PRINT ON?

We are able to print on a variety of different materials with or without adhesive, paper, film, plastic, aluminum, polyester, vinyl, thermal paper, Tyvek, polypropylene, biodegradable...

CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN PLATES?

When compliant, we can easily use the plates you already have.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I PROVIDE FOR A FIRST IMPRESSION?

Our customer service agent or your sales representative will guide you, but here are some points to consider: electronic files (artwork), desired finishing, application and operating temperature, quantity per roll and total quantity, maximum diameter, final winding direction...

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

There is no maximum or minimum, but minimum charges will apply for start-up of a press. In overprinting, there is no minimum or maximum limit.

WHAT DOES CMYK MEAN?

These are the primary colors used to create images; C (cyan) M (magenta) Y (yellow) and K (Black)

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

In all cases, you will receive a copy of the submission for approval. You can also get an order acknowledgment that includes all order details. Upon request, you will also receive an automatic email confirming the delivery of your order.

DO YOU PROVIDE INVENTORY SERVICES?

We have room to store your goods safely and will perform releases on predetermined dates of your choice.

WHAT IS YOUR LARGEST PRINTABLE FORMAT?

The maximum size is 16 ¼ inches by 24 inches.

WHAT IS THE DIE CUT?

In general, labels are cut into their final shape. Die cutting is done on the last station of the press using a cutting die. Dies can come from our inventory (of over 1000 dies) or are manufactured specifically for your needs.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIRECT THERMAL AND THERMAL TRANSFER?

“Direct thermal" material is coated with a special heat reactant. It turns in black when it comes into contact with the heat from the print head of the printer. "Thermal transfer" requires a combination of heat from the print head and a printing ribbon.

 

DO YOU ALLOW FOR “PRESS APPROVAL”?

Absolutely! Your representative may schedule an appointment with you to review your labels or packaging prior to your approval.

We can deliver anywhere in North America.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Fees vary depending on the destination, the total amount for delivery, truck availability and transport frequency.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY DEADLINES?

Approximately 10 working days from the order date (exact repetition) or the date of receipt of the approval of your artwork (new project or repeat order with change).

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY SERVICE?

Yes. Depending on product availability, we have a flexible schedule for any kind of situation.
